What is the use of a plastic shredder?

Plastic shredder refers to crushing various plastic plastics and rubbers, and the crushed particles can be directly used as raw materials for production.

The six precautions for the production and operation of plastic shredders are as follows.

1. The plastic shredder and power unit should be firmly installed.
When the plastic shredder needs to be fixed for a long time, it must be set on the cement foundation.
If the mobile operation of the plastic crusher is required, the unit must be set on a seat made of angle iron to ensure that the diesel engine and the motor and the groove of the plastic crusher are in the same rotating plane.
2. After the plastic shredder is installed, check the fastening of each part of the fasteners. If there is any looseness, please tighten it. At the same time, check whether the belt tightness is appropriate.
3. Before starting the plastic crusher, turn the rotor by hand to check whether the claws, hammers and rotor are flexible and reliable, whether there is conflict in the crushing chamber, and whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the law pointed by the arrow. Whether the lubrication of the plastic crusher is good.
4. Don't change the belt pulley at will to avoid the explosion of the crushing chamber due to the high speed or the too-low speed to affect the working efficiency of the crusher.
5. After the plastic shredder is started, it should be idling for 2-3 minutes first, and then put it in after there is no abnormality.
6. Pay attention to the operating conditions of the plastic shredder at all times during work.
The supply must be even so as not to block the crushing chamber. Do not overload your work for a long time.
When the vibration, noise, bearing and body temperature are found to be too high, the inspection should be stopped immediately, and the work should continue after troubleshooting.

The plastic shredder is noisy; how to reduce the noise?

First of all, the following checks must be carried out
1. If the uniform noise is normal, the sound of the noise varies according to the material. If it is an abnormal sound, check whether the direction of rotation of the pulley is opposite. The motor speed of the plastic shredder is high, and the sound is loud. Check whether the pulley is loose or longer.
The other two reasons are that the bearings on both sides are worn and need to be replaced with new ones. Second, the hammer is worn, the centrifugal force is inconsistent, the machine shakes, and the sound is loud.

2. Check whether the machine is running. If the vibration is severe, you need to consider fixing the bottom with an iron pipe. Some people say that it is not good to hold it down with heavy objects and to wrap it with cotton. The machine needs to dissipate heat. It is recommended to be placed in a professional soundproof room.

Noise is not the only two methods of sound insulation and sound absorption. It is the transformation of the working environment of the plastic shredder—for example, ceilings, soundproof walls, soundproof covers.

However, these are not the fundamental methods to solve the problem.
