Operating Regulations of Plastic Crusher

General provisions
1. Drivers of transfer machines and plastic crushers must be trained to achieve "three understandings" (understanding structure, performance, and principles), "four meetings" (use, maintenance, maintenance, and troubleshooting). Only after passing the examination and obtaining the certificate can they be allowed to work.

2. Work closely with the driver of the scraper conveyor on the working surface and the driver of the belt conveyor in the transportation lane, unify the signal connection, and start and stop in order. When large lump coal and gangue accumulate and overflow at the feed inlet of the plastic crusher, the work and surface scraper conveyor should be stopped. If there is a large lump of coal, the gangue cannot enter the breaker or there are metal objects, the machine must be shut down for processing.

(1) Tools: wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, hammers, shovel, etc.;

(2) Necessary spare parts: various short-circuit chains, chain links, bolts, nuts, safety pins for crushers, etc.;
